Tuition and Payment Policy

At MY English Gym, we are committed to providing clear and transparent information about our tuition and payment processes. Please review the following policy carefully before enrolling in our services.

Fee Structure

Our tuition fees are based on the type of service selected (e.g., General English, IELTS Preparation, Premium Writing Support, etc.).

Payment Terms

  • Monthly payments are due by the 10th of each month.
  • Services are billed on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts or obligations.
  • If payment is not received by the due date, access to services may be temporarily suspended until payment is completed.
  • There are no late payment penalties, but consistent delays may affect your enrollment status.

Accepted Payment Method

  • We currently accept bank transfers only.
    Detailed banking information will be provided in your invoice or upon request.

Discounts & Promotions

  • We do not offer discounts or promotional pricing at this time.
  • Our pricing is structured to reflect the quality and consistency of the services we provide.

Invoices & VAT

  • Invoices are available for all tuition payments.
  • Value Added Tax (VAT) is added to your invoice as required by Vietnamese tax regulations.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • As our service operates on a monthly basis, you are free to discontinue at the end of any billing cycle.
  • No refunds are provided for partial or unused months.
